Good news 🗣️ Europe hit another major coal phaseout milestone in Q1 2026.
200 coal plants are now retired or scheduled to close by 2030, after Romania’s Govora plant announced retirement.
That means, to date, 59% of Europe's coal capacity is gone or on its way out by the end of the decade!
