I feel like the people who get big mad at swearing in the Hellaverse, or in general, tend to fall under one of three categories:
12 year olds who shouldn't be watching anyway.
Helen Lovejoy types who want to censor everything.
Clout chasers who look for any bad faith excuse to hate something.
I actively refuse to rag on the Hellaverse for frequently using "fuck", "shit", "ass", or other sweaf words while we live in a cultural ecosystem where "unalive" was allowed to enter people's lexicons as a result of algorithmic and self censorship. Let those profanities fly free, dammit.
