Continuing this thread, I found a newspaper article about the accident from Sat, Oct 23, 1937.
The plug blew out of an acid tank in the sulphite dept. of the AND Co. Mill, killing Harry & another man named James Barker. Harry had just returned to work after being home with an illness.
