Airport. (Haven't totally forgotten about posting pics from Hawai'i trip... just mostly.)
I saw three species of lizard in Kaua'i, all in developed areas and none of them native to Hawai'i. Seeing interesting (and beautiful) but non-native species was a big theme of the trip for me 🫤

I did the rest of the set in a "normal" color scheme, but the feathers and frill on this guy were just begging for Pride colors! 😅

It was a curious feeling walking out of the airport in Lihue and seeing a rooster in the parking lot. "What's this? Why parking lot rooster?" I thought.
Within five minutes I was thinking, "Oh, I guess this island is just ruled by feral chickens." (And feral cats and pigs, it turns out 🫤)
