A ce rythme, il faudra au moins vingt-cinq ans pour que la France atteigne la barre des 3%.
Investissement en R&D. Il a fallu 27 ans à 21 pays européens pour augmenter leurs dépenses en recherche et développement de 0,8 % en moyenne de leur PIB.
Il faudra 30, 40, 50 ans à la France pour rattraper l’Autriche ou la Belgique!
