Carney sure has a lot to say about the new world order. Almost as though being tight with the world's billionaires and acting entirely on their behalf lends an inflated sense of global authority. Probably fine.

Translation: the US is no longer recognized as the "leader of the free world." It traded that for an ill-defined sphere of influence b/c it hasn't yet figured out how to escape Thucydides Trap.
