In unpublished work with collaborators (soon to come) we also show that mitigating aberrant chromatin remodeling events identified by O-SNAP can partially rescue cell function.
This work was driven by a very talented graduate student in the lab, Hannah Kim, and numerous, amazing collaborators who contributed with biological model systems.
