(2) My halmoni and halabogi are from the Hwanghae Province. They escaped from North Korea after WWII because my halabogi was the equivalent of an appellate court judge. Unfortunately, he was still captured, imprisoned, and executed. This no different from Lysenko and Vavilov.

(3) The USSR suffered more starvation deaths during the siege of Leningrad than any other nation. Nazi occupation didn't help, but Stalin did this to his own people. North Korea still suffers from starvation. Please tell me how OMB's final rule is different because it's not.
