Replacing a cracked toilet: not fun. Especially when the reason it cracked is because it has been getting knocked around, and the reason for that is the bolt track on the flange is wrecked. Had to shim the head with a washer to keep it there.
Tossing the broken toilet off the porch: that was fun.
