Pretty sure King Charles is totally out of touch with the UK's feelings towards the USA right now.
Anything good he says about the USA, Caligula will believe it's about him, so no.
He can't detect subtleties, he can't detect sarcasm, so there's no other reason for the King to be there.

In my head, I'm a semi decent mechanic. I can take things apart and put them back together again.
