After 90 hours in 10 days (according to steam) and 2.5 playthroughs on Zero Parades, I couldn't trigger Melita's drunk call. I'm crushed, I truly am, like you have no idea, but alas. Time to stop and go back to work and not try a third playthrough. Not until next month anyways.
