Academic patriarchy is how there is nothing inside of doctoral robes to hook the hood to, because they assume you are wearing men’s clothes underneath and can attach it to your belt or shirt buttons.

We looked for the experimental evidence showing that social media bans benefit youth... and found nothing. Like, lots of studies with null results? No, literally nothing-- there are no experimental studies of social media restriction that target minors like these bans do. Check out our new paper!
US universities genuinely are like “welcome to Tennessee Agricultural College in Bumfuck Nowheresville. We invented the modern potato and our facilities include a particle accelerator, nuclear reactor, and TOP500 supercomputer. Tuition is $12,000 for instate students and we have 40,000 of them”
We’re not talking enough about how so-called anti-DEI policies are transparently intended to exclude people of color from white spaces.
