Today is day 150. Just passed the 60lb mark earlier this week. Still feeling great and making fantastic progress!

I’ve finally dropped under 300lbs! This feels so good cuz it’s literally been 15 years since I’ve seen the scale start with a 2 🥹

Monthly update time!
Today is day 120 and I’ve surpassed a big milestone. Down a lil over 50lbs!
It feels amazing AAAND in about a week or so, the scale will start to read under 300 lbs, and I haven’t seen those numbers since 2011. It’s been a while.

Today is day 90 and I’m basically down 40lbs! I’m feeling so much better both physically and mentally 🙌🏻

Today is day 60 and I’m down 26 lbs!
Really happy with my progress so far 💪🏻
Also just got blood work results and my A1C dropped below the pre-diabetic zone and I’m so freakin happy about that 🥹

30 days ago I began my lifestyle change and I’m VERY pleased with my progress. While the selfie doesn’t show it (wouldn’t expect it after a month) the graph does. Down 16lbs! I’m feeling mentally and physically better each day and that’s what is most important for me rn💪🏻

Today’s day 3 of what I’m hoping is my new routine.
I really want to improve my overall health and fitness, but my motivation last year was complete ass, and couldn’t stick to it for more than a couple days at a time.
