Update!
30 days ago I began my lifestyle change and I’m VERY pleased with my progress. While the selfie doesn’t show it (wouldn’t expect it after a month) the graph does. Down 16lbs! I’m feeling mentally and physically better each day and that’s what is most important for me rn💪🏻

Today’s day 3 of what I’m hoping is my new routine.
I really want to improve my overall health and fitness, but my motivation last year was complete ass, and couldn’t stick to it for more than a couple days at a time.
