Really impressive use of the passive voice here to make it sound like somehow those chemical irritants gained sentience and just started spraying of their own volition, no law enforcement goons needed.
I guess I'm just not sure you can convict someone for being part of a thing that you then refuse to define.

unfortunate reminder that since the MN indictment is federal, not state, the jury is drawn from the entire state, not just Minneapolis or Hennepin County.
I owe @renderjudgment.bsky.social a thank you for pointing out that there's a division by districts. So Hennepin doesn't draw from all counties, but does draw from a bunch of rural counties that skew more conservative than Henn Co state juries.
