For instance: meeting APS' 2030 goals of Free Universal Pre-K for 3 & 4-year-olds and getting the average teacher salary to $100K depends on additional revenue coming in! Closing the TADs on time makes those things possible - along with other wish list items like Free MARTA for APS students.
