I've been writing a lot about toxic masculinity lately, so I'll add this trans coda: men like Ryan form a literal cadre in the media right now. Men who fetishise trans women and who, in the usual fashion, turn on us with a blazing vengeful rage when we think for ourselves and disagree with them.
