1️⃣Post a preprint on a preprint server
2️⃣Submit your preprint to thematic PCI (PCIs cover a wide array of topics), where it will be evaluated
3️⃣On acceptance, the thematic PCI will publish a recommendation
4️⃣PCI-recommended article can now be directly published in Peer Community Journal
