Monday 2:25 pm: ~12” of rain fell last night/this morning south of Eagle Pass. This is south of Amistad Dam…water is flowing down the Rio Grande. Minor flooding expected Tuesday/Wednesday on lowest ground near river bank, expected in low part of Customs Parking Lot.
