The (former?) most powerful mage! She's a heavy drinker that uses forbidden blood magic to transfer her blood alcohol (and any other poisons she might be afflicted with) elsewhere. Her dress has the logo of her favorite wine on it. She won it in some sort of contest once and never took it off.
