The tears are flowing on this Ronkonkoma train back to the car so I can get home as the shuffle is playing songs that makes me think about life, the people I love that I’m lucky enough to have in it, the missed conversations, and how daunting and shaky the future looks.

If anyone truly knows me, you know just how emotional I get when leaving from trips like this because I truly do not understand how I got here and even better, lucky to have the incredible people in my life that I do.
