Love to see this review for Caer Sgàil There is two massive releases outlined for it, one community based and the other is going to be completely new material
“This project demonstrates a mastery of the art of otherworldliness, and does an excellent job both establishing a hummingly organic environment and maintaining a sense of unfamiliarity throughout.” Many thanks to Sleeping Village Reviews for these kind words regarding our Sporcerer debut LP!
Coworker was asked to turn off "the screamo" by other coworker. Reader, it was The All-American Rejects.

Fairly certain that nothing can or will unthrone Desolation as my clear favorite in their discog, which I understand is an unpopular enough take to invalidate any of my Khemmis opinions in the eyes of many.
Checking in from the NEW MUSIC trenches with one of today's many under-the-radar releases. A (mostly) tight showcase of high-energy melodeathy riffs with solid weight behind them. At times a lil' bit thrashy or a lil' bit groovy. Fun vocals. Enjoyable stuff! I see myself revisiting this one.
Verdict: I quite enjoyed Khemmis by Khemmis. Probably a common reaction among listeners who enjoy doomy gloomy heavy metal. The epic flair and sense of joy in the dark is, as always, very well executed, and when the deathier moments hit, they hit.
It's not a bold album, but it didn't need to be. I do think the momentum is a little odd at times, and it almost feels a little too cohesive. No bad tracks, but they start to blend a bit. But! Definitely invested enough to pursue repeat listens. I want to become more familiar, which bodes well.
I know this is trite and commonplace but like we're all millennials here, come on.
