At @edinburgh-uni.bsky.social ESRC Festival of Social Science we crafted to explore the complex dynamics between work and family life! I shared how the Parenting After Divorce or Separation study has found a lack of flexible working practices is impacting co-parenting relationships & arrangements
We're looking for separated or divorced parents to take part in an online study exploring family life and children's wellbeing in different child arrangements, particularly the families who haven't been through court. The findings will help inform support for future parents and children.
