The bill itself may be laid tomorrow, telling us a lot more. Then again, a change of Secretary of State might slow things down.
On its Single Patient Record, the department hasn't yet said what legal changes it believes are necessary for "enabling the NHS to bring together patients health and social care records into one place [and] people to see their own health records securely on the NHS App"
It's not just DHSC where morale is plummeting; the HSJ reports that morale declined in every NHS integrated care board that answered the NHS staff survey in 2025
