I’m still glad to have tried it and I do think that once I get it right it will be better than a binder (for my body). I just gotta get past this hump… no pun intended 😭
The dishes aren’t “clean” until I’ve wiped the counters, deep cleaned the oven and toaster oven, and thrown away the expired food in the fridge. I don’t know why I do this 🤷

Gonna be vulnerable here. I felt massive dysphoria trying to figure out trans tape for binding the first time today. I tried like 10+ different strips and could. not. get. it. right. It turns out the only thing worse than not having a flat chest is having a mixture of flat and asymmetrical bulging.
