Fenrir, the Greed Wolf, bound by the gods, howling in his captivity. Yanking his chain.
He can hear his pack, his brothers, gathering in the Valley. He wants to join the pillage. He wants to kill the Spirit and eat the light.

"Despite their tiny brains, bees are able to learn abstract concepts, learn from each other, and behave flexibly in a way that defies the view of them as hardwired little robots."
Another rewilding project in Oslo. This creek called Hovinbekken has been brought back to the surface, after 100 yrs. It flows through Klosterenga sculpture park.
They have planted wild flower persons along the creek that belonged to the original ecosystem 🫶

'Once the basic needs of food and shelter are met, man’s greatest satisfactions are to be found in love, trust and friendship, in beauty, art and music and in learning, none of which are served by the mythology of growth for its own sake' ("The Environment: A Liberal Party Report", 1972) 🔶️
SØNDAGSTUR I SANDDYNENE
Sidan eg går
i mitt fem og syttiande år
går eg seint og med små steg
slik at ikkje stien og spoven
skal tru at eg er ein ung jypling.
Men dei kjenner meg vel att.
Veit kor dei har meg.
Dei har meg her.

Mysterious sea #scape photos taken at Bempton Cliffs, Yorkshire. 🌊
I mirrored the photos to shift perception and emphasise the sense of wonder and mystery of the constantly transforming sea. The familiar quietly slips into enchantment. 🩵💙☀️

When wildlife and insect populations disappear, ecosystems collapse. When ecosystems collapse, our food, water, climate, and human survival are all affected. Species extinction arrives with silence. Protect habitats. Restore forests. Save rivers. Because a silent planet is not a living planet.
From a distance, the forest looks green, but inside, life is vanishing. Animal populations are in decline. That means fewer birds in the sky. Fewer fish in the rivers.Fewer insects, frogs, mammals and wild sounds around us. This is a warning to humanity. When wildlife disappears, ecosystems collapse.
This is the best griffin I’ve seen. Forget the monstrous depictions of them as ogres and flesh devouring beasts of nightmares. I much prefer this startled, well meaning individual with his kind and sad face and enormous hat.
