Then the problem isn't the "circumstances"—it’s the caliber of the manager himself. Today's conversation isn't about losing a single match or getting knocked out of a tournament.

So… twice Salah has spoken about the situation at Liverpool, and it’s ended up working in Slott’s favour!
It would mean he is their saviour and their first choice for success. It’s hard for the board ..who underestimated him .. to bow to him.

It’s about a team that has gradually lost its shape and identity, despite all the backing, all the excuses, and every media attempt to shield "the project."
If, after two seasons, your manager still needs: - £500m to £600m in transfer spending, - to overhaul the backroom staff multiple times, - a near-perfect, injury-free season, - unlimited patience from the board and the fans, - and an endless amount of time... ...just to succeed!

I’m convinced Klopp won’t turn down a return But is the board even talking to him? Sacking Slot would mean admitting their choice was a failure. Appointing Klopp would mean admitting he was the main reason for their success, and that they tried to succeed without him and failed.
A manager who needs everything to be absolutely perfect just to look good... simply isn't good enough. And those are not the "standards" of a club the size of Liverpool.
A successful manager builds an identity regardless of the circumstances. We aren't just talking about results here; we're talking about culture, character, and performance.

Just a reminder... Here, Salah talks about working with Slott and how he prefers him to Klopp 🤷🏻‍♂️
