👀 House wants FY27 flat budget for NIH. But also: 11% CUT to CDC, anti-science conspiracy rules about "gain-of-function" and animal research courtesy of right-wing "White Coat Waste Project," AND a 30% limit to NIH grant indirect costs at a few dozen private institutions with large endowments. !!
