Jane Yolen's Dragon's Blood (and the others in her Pit Dragon Chronicles) was among my favorite books as a kid.

So sad to hear about the passing of Jane Yolen. She was one of the most prolific and magical minds in publishing and will be sorely missed. I purchased this paperback in 1986 as a teenager. It was my gateway to her writing 💔 #reading #bookcommunity 📚
