Thanks to a 2023 law, librarians and booksellers face jail time in Arkansas for stocking LGBTQ+ books. Conservative parents claim the books are "harmful to minors" — and thus criminal to allow minors to read. The original law was enjoined. The 8th Circuit heard the case last week.
