On a follow-the-river (or brook, as we call them in NL) hike on Tuesday. This brook (Broad Cove Brook) was our favourite place for swimming when I was growing up here in the 70’s and 80’s. No indoor pools in rural (outport) Newfoundland. Water temps are a smidge above “numb”.
