David Lynch on Front Street in Wilmington outside of what is now Pravda. Taken by Peter Braatz a German director and editor who is listed as “additional crew” on BV and later made a documentary called Blue Velvet Revisted from the Super 8 footage and still photog he shot while filming in Wilmington.
