Just some random advice: when you're doing #scriptsky, or any kind of writing in general, write with the curiosity of a child.
I know we have to be realists now. Bills have to be paid. Reality sets in. We're adults. I get it.
But if you can, let your imagination be the one exception.
Just figured I'd share this to get back into the #scriptsky groove. This is the first page of the WIP I'm working on.
I finished a rough draft a week ago and am now doing some trimming and rewriting.

It's okay to brag. But have you ever pitched yourself an idea that you can't shake off your mind, that you want to pat yourself on the back for pitching? An idea that, if you had unlimited finances, you would want to represent *you*?
I think I got mine 😅
Second, direct my first short film (with a $2,000 budget, tops) sometime in October. It'll be self-financed, so it'll take time, but it'll be worth it! 😂

First, polish my WIP set in an underground hab on the planet Mars. It just went from 109 pages to 102! Hopefully I can get it down to 90.

I simultaneously love and hate the fact that this indescribable surge of motivation to write hits when I’m doing a gruelling task for my job and I want to sneak off and do it. You know what they say about forbidden romances, ugh. #scriptsky #scriptsky+
I’ve been stuck at a crossroads with my WIP. It’s all outlined, but still rough. Then I remembered the theme, being there for others. Someone helped me the other day, and it sparked something again.
