I'm tired of specialists being satisfied when they recognize a handful of symptoms they can gather into a diagnosis and ignoring the rest as someone else's problem. Because it's MY problem. All of it. Maybe it IS a collection of comorbidities, but why call it a care team if there's no communication?
Still don't know what I want to do about the 'allergies.' The allergist I was referred to was beyond disappointing, and I'm still not sure the allergies are even true allergies.
I'm just so tired of having to fight for care. Of seemingly good care just being half-assed with a friendly face

I found finger splints help with typing, and fountain pens help with hand-writing (you really shouldn't press them into the page when you write. I know good ball points don't require a lot of pressure, but that didn't stop me from pressing🙄)
