Too much of modern life is about creating unnecessary guilt and then selling something to avoid that guilt.

For Pride, Remember, lonely gays are everywhere. Even at the club, looking hot. You can be social, attractive, and still lonely. You can be in the middle of a crowd and still feel isolated. Life is rough and it's getting rougher. Be kind to each other.

Pride isn't (just) a party, it's primarily a protest for our right to exist and keep on existing. JOY is part of how we resist. There's no joy on our oppressor's side and seeing us dance makes them furious. I will keep on dancing.
