London, which is the only British City to have really become an EU city and I think the only place that really liked (two-way) free movement
Scotland. Which saw very little immigration

I think emotionally a majority of 2016 Remain in the EU voters weren't in favor of the EU, but merely felt getting out of the EU would be too complex but were happy to leave when that choice was made
I'd say only 30% *wanted* to be in the EU, like only 20% who liked freedom of movement
