Struggling with a first ever severe case of TMJ. One upside though: Doctor gave me an EKG as a precaution. I’ve ridden my bike an average of 100 miles per week for the past 15 years. I’m 52 years old. Resting heart rate of 50. Doc was impressed 🫀💪🏼
