The M.E. has ruled the death of a Haitian asylum seeker after being released from federal custody a homicide.
She was a vulnerable adult suffering from untreated severe mental health issues & a language barrier. ICE dropped her at a bus shelter 26 miles from her home where she died of hypothermia.
