We gave evidence to the HOUS committee arguing that the crisis cannot be reduced to simple lack of new build. Policy makers need to reduce the flows of speculative finance in to housing that are drivihng up house prices & rents. Sadly we were ignored. Report: www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/docume...
