March 2026, $1.25 billion was transferred from the State Dept to Trump's Board of Peace. Senator Kelly is attempting oversight, and wants it returned, to no avail. I think Trump and Rubio stole it. There's no trace of where it went. The BOP bank balance is zero. How can this happen?
