The dress is sorta inspired by one she used in the Sunbow cartoon episode Cold Slither for a diguise, though i wanted to add something of my style even if it ain't much, the red heels were a funny accident, originally wanted to go with gold soles, but the red outline looked too good to use.
My "fictional crushes in black dress" drawings line so far, yes even my OC Annette counts lol.
