The best way I've found to clear writer's block is to put on some bopping music of some kind (really into the music of Midnight right now) and start writing what sort of stuff comes to mind.
Also reading other stories is wonderful for getting ideas!

"Writer's Block" is also not an excuse to use AI.
If you don't want to write your adventure, that's fine. Buy prewritten adventures and take elements from those games. Heck, reading the adventures will probably inspire you anyway!
