Govt sources are still expecting legal challenges to the code but say any changes from the original submission were not designed to water down the guidance, but to ensure it could withstand legal scrutiny and work in practice.
So... The Times obtained a version of the original EHRC guidance submitted to the govt last year (that story from Nov here: thetimes.com/uk/politics/...) and it's interesting to compare and contrast with the final version published today, although I'm sure I've missed some...
