He is attempting to get identifiable medical records from ALL OF US.

At 6:08 PM today MGP crossed over with 3 other Democrats to pass the appropriations bill HR 8646. That bill passed by 3 votes. MGP was the leader of the deciding votes here. Had the Blue Dog Dems held with their colleagues there would have still been a chance to save proper funding levels for WIC.
