Americans of all political persuasions hate the US Congress.
I nominate Frances Lee's "A Case for Congress" (@oupress.bsky.social) as a hopeful read for America's 250th.
The book added nuance to my own thinking, as Lee shows where Congress does serve, however imperfectly, as the Founders intended.
