Est-ce qu'Ensemble Montréal va saluer cette bonne nouvelle ? Poser la question, c'est y répondre. Le NY Times, ce n'est quand même pas rien. Le rayonnement du vélo à Montréal n'est pas lié à EM on le sait, mais le minimum serait d'en être fier et de saluer la vision de l'ancienne administration.
