When you go around pretending that the big tax levers at your disposal don’t exist, but you also make a load of expensive policy commitments this is where you end up. And it’s exactly where every sensible person told them they would end up. It very much did not need to happen.
So, by all means, use Claude Code to speed up your builds but do not become reliant on it or assume it will always be there when needed.
