That applies to *all* of them. These firms are functionally becoming another lever of US state action if it perceives risk or advantage in pulling it.
Also, umm, another big reason not to allow US-hosted AI tools to become a core feed into production because they can be turned off at whim.
When you go around pretending that the big tax levers at your disposal don’t exist, but you also make a load of expensive policy commitments this is where you end up. And it’s exactly where every sensible person told them they would end up. It very much did not need to happen.
So, by all means, use Claude Code to speed up your builds but do not become reliant on it or assume it will always be there when needed.
