ICE goon guards abuse of detainees at a facility in Louisiana included stabbing with a pen in the thumb breaking the skin, using a prohibited chokehold and inappropriately using a suicide smock. Outrageously, they covered up the offenders names and whether they received any disciplinary action.
Unannounced inspections are one of the few ways to get a clear look inside the facilities.
