Starting my daily exercise!
Today I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike and 2 standing squats!
But now that I know what's been making weight loss hard I can't wait to see the progress now I'm on the right medication!! Fuck PMOS!!đ

Wish me luck, going to try daily exercise again, 30 minutes on the exercise bike.
I have to replace the tire to my actual bike, then will try and do an hour ride at least once a week too.
Hopefully now I'm on medication, paired with exercise I'll see results to my PMOS symptoms now!
