Don’t Nod (€ALDNE) is set to table a resolution for a share buyback at its 'General Meeting' on 17th June.
The developer could buy back up to 10 per cent of its total share capital.
There is €2m allocated to the buyback scheme, which would be valid for 18 months if approved.
